By using Marak Emporium Aesthetic services and products the client adheres to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings:

• All bookings made via telephone call or WhatsApp, will not be deemed official until confirmed by the practice and accompanied by a 50% deposit.
• Preceding a booking, a thorough consultation and relevant documents need to be completed .

Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Should this be done beyond 24 hours prior to treatment, the full treatment fee will unfortunately apply.

Cancellations that break these rules will cause the deposit fee to be retained.

• Late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time or result in full cancellation of treatment (Full cancellation fee will still apply).
• Booking in advance is recommended.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• No guests below the age of 15 years old will be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and a liability waiver would need to be signed by a parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to insist on a once-off consultation/ overall skin & health assessment for all first-time clients. A mandatory fee of R 350 will be charged in these instances.
